All 2016 Brit Awards Nominees announced

Adele Brit Awards 2016 nomineeOn February 24th, the creme de la creme of the British music industry will be coming together in the O2, London to celebrate the 2016 Brit Awards.

Today, the nominees were finally unveiled. Both Adele and James Bay are leading the pack with each four nominations. They are closely followed by Jess Glynne and Calvin Haris who each are hoping to win the famous Brit Award in 3 categories.

One award has already been reserved for this years Critic’s Choice Award. 23 year old Jack Garratt, was announced as the winner. He also topped the BBC Sound of 2016 poll last week.

Per usual, the Brit Awards prove to be an intriguing night of awards and performances of national and international stars. The Weeknd, Justin Bieber, Jess Glynne, Little Mix, Coldplay and Adele have all been confirmed to perform already.

Due to the unexpected death of David Bowie, a fitting tribute is also expected to take place to commemorate the singer.
